Hold Fast to Dreams

I think at some point we all get wrapped up in certain events that have already happened, events that cannot be changed no matter how hard you try.

Well, needless to say, we should stop living in the past.  There is a reason why they say to let bygones be bygones.  You are doing yourself a disservice by paying too much undue attention to what lies behind you.  You can neither fully appreciate the present nor look forward to the future if you can’t let go of what no longer is.
