If you order a venti peppermint mocha frappuccino and instead are given a venti iced peppermint mocha latte, you should have the right to have your drink remade, right?
That’s what happened to me, and that’s what I did.
So why did I feel guilty for having the barista correct her own honest mistake??
I don’t want to be one of those people who are inconsiderate and could care less who they inconvenience, but at the same time, I don’t want to be a doormat either.
Bottom line: I was nice about it, she was nice about it, Starbucks drink accuracy crisis averted, and problem solved. See how simple things can be if we all keep our cool?
